personal data
Privacy policy
The website counts visits in its own statistics (no advertising or external services) – you can opt out. Other personal data only reach it when you provide them yourself – usually in the contact form.
Controller
The controller is Sylwia Gromacka-Staśko, a sole trader operating as "GROMACKA"- Sylwia Gromacka-Staśko, ul. Źródlana 17, Droszków, 66-003 Zabór, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9730303344, REGON 081003225. For data matters: sgromacka@interia.pl, tel. +48 723 353 710.
Form and messages
The form collects your name, email address, topic and message and – if you provide it – your phone number. The message is sent by email to Sylwia’s inbox and is not stored in any database. The same applies to messages sent directly (email, phone, Instagram, Facebook).
The data are used to reply and, for purchase or commission enquiries, to prepare an offer and carry out the order – at your request and in the controller’s legitimate interest (replying to correspondence). Providing them is voluntary, but without your name, email address and message we cannot reply. We keep them for as long as the matter lasts and, for a purchase or commission, until any claims become time-barred. The only recipients are the hosting and email providers, acting on behalf of the controller.
Visit statistics
The website counts visits to learn which content interests visitors and how to improve it. For each page view it records on its own server: the page opened, the website language, the device type (phone, tablet, computer), the domain of the site you came from (not the full address), the date and time, and a random visit ID. The ID is stored in your browser (localStorage) and expires after 30 minutes without page views. Your IP address and full browser data are not stored (your IP address is held in the server’s memory, not on disk, for at most 2 minutes to limit excessive requests); the statistics use no external services and are not combined with other data.
The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest (knowing how the website is used). You can object: click “Decline” in the banner or “Cookie settings” in the website footer – the data from your current visit will be deleted and further page views will not be recorded. Browsers with “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control enabled are not counted. The data are kept for 13 months and then deleted automatically; only the controller has access to them.
Technical data and cookies
The web server logs your IP address, the date, the page visited and browser data – in the controller’s legitimate interest, to run and secure the website, for the period set by the hosting provider. When you submit the form, your IP address is also held in the server’s memory (not on disk) for about 10 minutes to limit spam.
The website uses no advertising or advertising cookies and does not connect to external services. In your browser it stores the chosen theme (light/dark) and, for about 15 seconds, the message topic when you go to the form – this data never reaches the server – as well as the visit ID described above and your choice in the statistics banner.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest – write to sgromacka@interia.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
